Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pka33 platform, accessible at https://pka33.cam ("Platform", "Website", "pka33"). pka33 is an English-language online betting and live casino information service directed at users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of this Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction. Users acknowledge that age-restricted content on this Platform relates to online gambling activities, which are subject to age-verification controls. Misrepresentation of age is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

Account Registration

5.1 Registration Requirements

Where the Platform or an associated Operator requires account registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. You must not use fictitious names, false identity documents or another person's personal details.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pka33 and affiliated Operators will never ask you to disclose your password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

5.3 One Account Per User

Users are generally permitted to hold only one registered account per Operator. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent exclusion measures, claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and further action.

5.4 KYC Verification

Operators may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Applicable Law or regulation;
• Engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation or deceptive conduct, including providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Collude with other users or engage in syndicated betting arrangements designed to exploit promotional offers;
• Use any software, bot, script, crawler or automated tool to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any associated database or system;
• Transmit any malicious code, virus or technically harmful material through the Platform;
• Harass, threaten, intimidate or abuse any other user, Platform staff or support personnel;
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime using the Platform or associated Operator services;
• Circumvent, remove or attempt to disable any security or access control measure on the Platform;
• Use the Platform to advertise, promote or solicit third-party products or services without express written consent from pka33.

pka33 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, referral to law enforcement authorities and civil legal proceedings where warranted.

Deposits & Payments

8.1 Funding Your Account

Deposits to Operator accounts must be made using payment methods accepted by the relevant Operator at the time of deposit. Pakistani players commonly encounter references to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. 9.1 Withdrawal Process

The User is responsible for following the Operator's withdrawal procedure, which typically includes: navigating to the Cashier section, selecting a payout method, entering verified payment details and confirming any outstanding wagering requirements are satisfied.

9.2 Identity Verification

Operators may require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraudulent, illegal or abusive conduct;

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 13 (Intellectual Property), 14 (Limitation of Liability) and 16 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka33 is registered and operates, as disclosed through the Operator's licensing disclosures. To the extent Applicable Law in Pakistan applies to a User's use of this Platform, the relevant provisions of Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may operate concurrently with these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified by the governing law applicable to pka33, save where mandatory provisions of Applicable Law in a User's jurisdiction require otherwise.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions under national and provincial legislation. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and do not determine the lawfulness of gambling in any individual user's jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms
